These terms apply when you engage RealIgnite for a website, Managed Care, creative production or Labs work. An accepted quote, proposal or order may add project-specific terms. If there is an inconsistency, the project-specific document takes priority to the extent of that inconsistency.
1. Services and current starting prices
Launch starts at AUD $179 upfront plus $29 per month Managed Care and provides a one-page professional website with mobile optimisation, enquiry form, business email connection, domain connection, starter logo if needed, basic SEO setup, core keyword setup, title/meta descriptions, Search Console/indexing, 1 minor content update per month and email support. Grow starts at AUD $679 upfront plus $49 per month Managed Care and adds an expanded/custom website, advanced forms, payment setup for up to 10 products or services, simple/embed booking, Google Sheets lead capture, analytics, expanded SEO structure, main service keyword research, Google Business Profile assistance, brand direction, print-ready business card, one sales asset and 2 minor updates per month. Larger catalogues are quoted separately. Full ecommerce, inventory, complex variants, shipping and subscriptions are not included. Labs work starts from AUD $1,500 and is quoted to scope. Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
2. Scope, quotes and changes
The included work is described on the relevant service page and in any accepted quote or proposal. Launch excludes Stripe, complex booking, databases, advanced automation, new pages, redesigns and extensive copywriting. A starter logo includes 1 concept direction and 1 reasonable revision. Grow logo/collateral work includes 1 reasonable revision and design + print-ready files only; printing is not included. Additional work is quoted separately. Requests outside scope, including additional pages, features, redesigns, integrations, complex booking, extended copywriting, custom animation, filming, premium stock or major revisions, may require a revised quote. We will advise you before charging for approved additional work.
3. The 5-Day Launch
The five-business-day launch applies only to eligible projects. The clock starts after payment, onboarding, content, brand assets and all required access have been received. Client delays pause the timeline. Missing information, slow feedback, third-party delays or a changed scope extend the target. Labs projects and unsupported integrations follow a custom timeline.
4. Managed Care, initial term and cancellation
Managed Care is not a repayment or instalment for the website. It covers ongoing website/platform care, support and the update allowance for the selected plan. A minor update is a small change to existing text, images, prices, hours or contact information; it is not a new page, feature, redesign or integration. Launch includes 1 minor update per month and Grow includes 2. Unused updates do not roll over. Unless an accepted quote states otherwise, Managed Care begins with a 3-month initial period. After that it continues month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Cancellation stops future plan work and may require a transfer, export or reconfiguration. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.
5. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, content and access on time; ensure you have permission to use supplied text, images, video, logos, music, data and trademarks; review work and give clear feedback; maintain suitable account security; and comply with laws that apply to your business, including industry-specific, privacy, accessibility and advertising obligations.
6. Payments
Payment timing is stated at checkout, on an invoice or in the accepted quote. RealIgnite may pause work, support or launch activity while an amount is overdue. Domain setup & connection included. Domain registration and renewal fees are separate unless expressly included. Other third-party costs, usage fees, paid plugins, licences, stock or platform charges are not included unless expressly stated.
7. Ownership and intellectual property
Once all agreed setup fees have been paid, you have the right to use the final website created for your business. Prefer to manage the website yourself? Handover options are available. The domain remains under client control and for the client’s benefit. Transfer and handover conditions will be disclosed before work begins. Third-party platforms, subscriptions, software and licensed assets remain subject to their own licences or ownership terms. RealIgnite retains ownership of pre-existing materials, reusable systems, methods, development tools, code libraries, design systems and general know-how.
8. Portfolio use
RealIgnite may display completed public work in its portfolio, social channels or proposals and may identify your business as a client. Tell us in writing before launch if confidentiality, embargo or an opt-out is required. We will not intentionally publish confidential information supplied for the project.
9. Third-party services
Websites may rely on hosting platforms, domains, payment providers, analytics, forms, booking services, widgets, APIs or other suppliers. Their availability, security, pricing and terms are outside RealIgnite’s control. We will use reasonable care when configuring agreed integrations but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party services.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Where liability may lawfully be limited, it is limited to the extent permitted by law.
11. Liability and business decisions
RealIgnite does not guarantee search rankings, revenue, leads, conversion rates or a particular commercial result. You remain responsible for business decisions, legal compliance, backups under your control and the accuracy of content you approve. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
12. Referral offer
The Refer a business. Earn $20. offer applies to eligible new RealIgnite enquiries received by 30 September 2026. One reward is available per qualified new client after the referred client’s setup payment has cleared. The referred client must be new to RealIgnite and identify the referrer before accepting an eligible paid project. Self-referrals and cancelled, refunded or unpaid projects do not qualify. Duplicate, fraudulent or misleading claims are excluded. RealIgnite may verify eligibility before issuing the reward.
